Sherwin-Williams provides complimentary color consultation with trained experts who can help you choose palettes that match your style and home lighting.
We recommend using actual paint samples on your walls rather than peel-and-stick samples — true paint behaves differently on real surfaces and under your lighting conditions.

You don’t need to buy paint yourself.
We select the correct products, confirm finishes, and purchase materials at contractor pricing to ensure accuracy and quality.
If you prefer to purchase your own paint, just let us know — we’ll verify all details ahead of time.

Before we begin, please:

• Remove small personal items

• Clear countertops and shelves

• Move furniture 3–4 feet from walls (if possible)

We handle:

• Floor and furniture protection

• Masking and prep work

• Daily cleanup

• A full final walkthrough when we’re finished

Please remove blinds before the project begins.
Mounting brackets can stay unless you’d prefer they be removed.

You do not need to be home during the project.
We can use a key, lockbox, garage code, or scheduled entry — whatever you’re most comfortable with.
We’ll confirm access details before we begin.

Our standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
We work respectfully and maintain a clean, safe environment throughout your project. 

Please keep pets and children away from active work areas for safety.
We use low-odor, low-VOC products suitable for families and those with sensitivities — feel free to let us know of any special considerations.

A 30% deposit is required before the start date to cover paint and materials.
The remaining 70% balance is due upon completion after the final walkthrough.
For larger projects, we may provide custom payment terms, which will always be discussed ahead of time.
